  1.  @alimohammad1934  "where farming is centralized" - its not, they screwed their industrial farming to the point they are in sibsistent farming for about a decade. For example, they were sugar exporter and now they import (for the hotels etc), the rest buys it in the black market, which products come from inland substinence farmers. So yeah they are basicly peasents.
