  1. It's very expected as houthi power (and they are the de-facto rulling class) is a product of iran-saudi cold war. And iran tactic was always to use arab-isra conflict which takes form in the palest-isr conflict to justify itself (aka militias and cultural centers and political parties around the world but specially in the mena/ arabia region).
