  1.  @davidharcot220  my question has a context. 1. S. Sudan oil export depends on sudan, port sudan to be precise. As a new country it trully needs the revenue. 2. There is 1 s sudan region who is also n sudan pending a referendum. 3. Aliances made with darfur groups in the civil war that lead to s sudan independance. Hence my question.
