  1. The process of filtering sea watter has its own problems and ecologically is a no go. What would necessary is to refload some areas who were dried on purpose and restore swamps. Also care upstream, etc. This is a product of decades of bad policy that needs to be undone sooner or latter. Finally for human consumption u have cloud catchers who would work beautifully (morocco already does it).

  2. Yes, yes yes. The agro biz in iberia is completely outdated. It's infuriating that someone who originally studied humanities like me knows this but they are oblivious of way more productive methods.
