  10.  @stevemcgowen  there is a big chance of that being true. I mean, it's an autocracy but with oligarchs, and one of them already placed an oficial price on his head. He knew his oligarchs wouldn't stick around to loose fortunes (a business man has the party of money). That's why I think he is afraid to send his best army into combat, because of separatists inside Russia, like the chechens etc, it's an 11 time zone country, meaning a lot of zones.
