@VajrahahaShunyata yes IF they knew how to strategically acomplish successful missions of resupply. If u have logistical problems, more people equals more problems not less. It's on the organizational level the russian problem.

@markdesign6839 that's secondary consequence. Basics: how much time and resources does 1 million in training and how much does it strain a country in economic stagnation going downwards? How much attention does that take away from an active frontline suffering? How confusing an already ill organize active military becames when it has to include 1 million new rookies? And finally, what does 1 million low moral newbies do to an active I don't want to be here anymore frontline? And these are just some of so many questions...
