It might be on purpose, to confuse outside circle from the attack itself and create doubt. Cause the other option is putin and circle incompetence which hurts the strong man act.

@barrybrodin7085 he is. Research about him, he is always making goofy stuff that aim to back stab putin. Before the i am a dictator debacle, he played eu and putin against one another to make them invest in bieloruss promising both influence. Putin makes the whole tough guy act (like most dictators), luka doesn't, he controls bieloruss while portraying a goofy caracter that wouldn't be able to hurt a fly.

Yup, one of them pushes a lady, another one that was up sits down calmly and starts looking at his phone and then procedes to film it as if it was a normal show. And 2 of the men have very laxed ladies siting down next to them wearing yellow.

Luka isn't stupid, he is the kind of inteligent that plays stupid on purpose. It isn't the 1st time he stabs putin, remember him showing that map early on the beginning of the war? Also, luka played eu and putin for a while and got both heavily investing in bieloruss to get influence. He is very inteligent.
