Maybe consider that the "they" u refer to isn't gazans but the pro-pal movement that doesn't care about palestinians or whatever gazans need, want etc. The only reason this is still a movement is money, as long as money circulates the same issue will persist at the expense of everyday nobody palestinians.

@Moodus55 they did so cause that would serve a. soviets and b. syrian baath. Like always they were just being used by much powerful actors that saw palestinians as disposable dirt. The sad part is palest leadership knows this and doesn't mind, it actually has made it a profitable business at the expense of suffering.

Actually imo hitler liked the otoman empire and had no problems with islam. He was crazy about power and control because he had mental problems.

@killpop8255 internal displaced is a type of refugee. Congo has the biggest amount of these. In the case of palestine, they are displaced in their own region, which includes lebanon, jordan, syria and egipt cause palestine originally was just a region, whose name was appropriated by firstly arab nationalists and after by pan-islamists, but that doesn't mean refugees don't exist, cause they do.

There is no we in atheism. There isn't comon identity beyond a lack of faith or belief.
1
@xamanikia13 that's how I know there is no we in atheism by observing people, reading their yt coments.

UN doesn't. Member states propose resolutions, it's the members who do it. Because UN is unable to solve conflicts (because countries have a tendency to disrespect its decision) it became ruled by inertia. Blocked and uncapable. Countries only use UN resolutions when it suits them to for propaganda and rallying the suport of the masses.
1
@Moodus55 that's the root issue, they haven't, their leadership lead them into an impossible situation on purpose, cause it makes them a lot of money and gives them power, something common from all pan-arab movement leadership.
1
@walkthetalk1 Actually neutrality is part of india identity. The vast majority india took a stand was because it was pushed into it.
1
@misterocain By the XX century and the arival of jews as refugees they weren't living alongside each other peacefully nor coexisting. You'll have to check what was the mufti of jerusalem doing in the 30's and what pan-arabism as a political movement is.
1
@misterocain if you want to have a disney version of the ottoman empire...
1
@misterocain Not exactly. Firstly there was way less population, the majority iliterate (like most of the world), but as for the relations, the jews knew that they had to submit to a sistem where they were second class citizans (like all non-muslims). It wasn't a relation of equals.
1
@misterocain Yes they did. The otoman empire most of the time was dedicated to crush revolts and thus, oppressing people and imposing stratification.
1
@misterocain In the otoman records, where else?
1
@misterocain 🤦♀️ you write as if the ottomans knew that in the future people would judge their policies. They didn't think what they were doing as opresion. It was policy. And if you can't access otoman history and policy making with google at your finger tips I can't help you or do your homework for you.
1
@misterocain If you can't find the link again I don't work for free. If you can't find a book or an article about the policies of the otomans during the 19th century than I 🤷♀️can't help you. Again, I am payed to research (its my job) and I do it for money not to help people for free but for a fee. Sorry.
1
@misterocain 🤦♀️You are the one claiming they lived in harmony. The claims is yours from a disney version of an empire who had slavery as a normal form of business. You are the one who claimed an islamic central governance was oppressing muslims and non-muslims (arabs and jews) with an ileterate population equally with no distinction. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ Plus, you insist and bully me into doing homework for you. Research is a job, a payed one, not a work for free one. Again, I don't work for free.

One of his brothers also left.

Well there are reports of settlements abusing it way beyond any normal behaviour. And no, they are built in stratigic positions.
