Capital punishment: is it murder or lawful killing? Or killing won't be considered murder in certain exceptional circumstances? And why doesn't that line include assisted suicide for previously aproved special cases?

@stephfoxwell4620 wanting to die is an outlier, not the rule. The rule is wanting to live. Why do u consider puritan zeal of killing? No one is gonna live forever, we will all die someday. In certain circumstances that death is provoked by someone else in which unlawful killing is called murder and a crime. My question is: why assisted suicide is in ur opinion murder but other outliers u accept? In these exceptional scenarios the person doing the killing has no pleasure in it, and if it could, it would prefer life no?

That's too simplistic. Some countries are very old, the identity and culture are deeply connected with religion. How do u solve this? Remove a part of the identiry and culture of a whole group of people cause muah nationalism?

If it's just offends or hurts said group than its still free speach. All free speach has a censor line to not be crossed (changes from country to country), and absolute free speach has none.
