The whole latin america was colonized by europeans namely spanish and portuguese who are themselves a mixture with blonds from northern europe (celts, germanic etc), north african (amazigh, arab, tuareg, etc) and the people's who conquered before and with the romans (greek, italian, phoenician (cannanites) etc. They also have their own mixture with western african, middle eastern and natives. None relate to identities about skin shades, u do.

We lack time in this modern life style to actually be skeptical enough and ask the right question or demand reasonable answers. In the cold war a lot of countries breached all possible conventions. It was cold in europe, question is what was happening in places where it was hot, and no one talks about it.

  20. There is several possibilities here. One being the media wining with warmogering thru adds and the military complex thru weapons sales. Another is gas exporter countries winning with the spike on gas prices. Another one the fact that they have been waiting for the other to make a mistaken first moove or false flag to glue to actually start to fight. Another one would be the fact that usa and russia are nuclear powers. There is another conflict that is in a status quo of fighting-not really fighting because another 2 nuclear powers are at odds. All these don't exclude each other.

  21. That's one of the things that makes me question the whole situatuon. Why do u think usa would have a military base in ucraine? In terms of geo strategy it makes no sence. But in terms of Russia defense it makes sence for the russian bases. Why? Well the geography of that area of europe.

  24.  @tyronemaroney335  and nato countries have a part who is nato and trains in English and then the rest of it who doesn't and that's the part of basic training that ukraine asks. Hence, romance language countries have linguistic barrier to train 10 000 ukrainians. And also, some of us don't train 10 000 national in 1 year let alone in English. And that was my point!

Actually, the same has been happening, it just didn't evolve american and partners interests, or was exactly because of american and partners interests.
