It isn't about hiring or firing. It's the uni protocols who have failed. Either campus events/ publications need venting and aproval or they don't. If they don't than college isn't responsible for events or publications and thus can't be liable. Mind u that events/ publication venting fall under censorship vs freedom of speach on college permisses. Plus, how private vs public is a university?

@Youtubeisafascistcompany again that would need a) a formal acusation and b) a conviction. Does her job position have authority over what is published from students bodies (that is, non college publications)? I don't know the answer as I'm quite the ignorant of how college work. But I do know all this is due to election year or at least it does relate. Still trying to make sense to these crazy times.

@Youtubeisafascistcompany ur speaking in duality, the "with us or against us". I'm not issuing judgements or presenting a position, but surely u already judge and convicted me. That's a form if online bullying, it makes me learn nothing nor helps me decide on any subject. Is her job objective control? On that case, does she have the authority that goes with the obligation? As u can see, I have questions and not a definitive position as u so easely point or judge.

 @thereisnosuchthingasanativ904 companies hire based on network or HR politics/ ideology. Ur degree is secondary in the process.

@norman_5623 u forgot to add that that's a usa context and projection and also a product of eurocentrism. Same as the guideline presented. Omission is a form of lying and very much used in propaganda.
