It's about building codes and its inforce meant, financing civil protection etc. You can't stop a natural disaster but u can certainly mitigate it, which isn't the case. Turkiye has a strong central government based of presidency, so yes erdo is political responsible for not inforcing building codes and strengthned government services such as 1st responders and civil protection agencies.

  39.  Elena R  here heat pumps are also a bit expensive but due to increse demand and thus scale economy and increse tech, prices are way more afordable. U should research again, things have changed. My heat pump requires as much space as a a/c unit and only costed me 1000 euros. In november my electric bill was 50 euros as this sistem is extremely eficient, it reads room temperature and only turns on when it goes bellow the programed temp. Go check it out 😁 it's a great investment.
