@telebubba5527 the vast majority of profit (which is what pays wars) stay in the middle man. This is why authoritarians who had nationalize oil exploitation in their country get so mad about the "mean west" cause petroleum isn't a commodity, it's just a raw material. Middle man thru out history have been hated exactly cause processing and transporting is where profit lies.
