There is a second question here: shouldn't her penalty be double as she was filthy rich and money guives power so she should at least be indicted with abuse of power aswell as all the other accusations that we know she is guilty of?

@CF-ei5oz everyone who has a fortune as big as she has has power, so I think she should get abuse of power aswell. Think this way: most democracies have a justice sistem where you diminish the sentence if eg a very poor man steels to feed his familly - same should apply to big fortune. That's for me justice (if it is even possible to consider this justice).
