@reallydude111 no, it's not my personal view, it's my observation of how decisions affect society which is a loose term to begin with. Basicly, people behaviour. Humans are not a homogeneous nice group, on the contrary. My point is about the intention being different than the reality thereafter and that people won't be more responsible because of this.

Ukraine isn't any of what u wrote. There is records and archiological evidence of a civilization remoting at least from helenic times which means ukraine started its journey when russia was just a forest with probably 0 to 3 inhabitants.
