  1. It's a problem in most world not just usa. I have currently 2 muts that came out probably from backyard breeders. One is husky mix, the other fila mix. It should be forbiden, only responsible licenced breeders allowed. It's appaling the fact people still buy puppies for pets (not work, working dogs is something else) when there are so many in shelters. Have had shelter dogs all my life and all turned out excelent pets for company and play and cuddles. There should be a world ban of backward breeders and a world campaign against them lile there is drugs etc. It's just wrong wrong wrong, and the rest of us with some conscious of precious life get the short end of the stick of caring for the unwanted.
