  1. The real sanctioning of a world war could come from issuing an arrest warrant against Putin. An arrest warrant against a head of state leader while they are in power surely constitutes an existential threat to that state and therefore justifies the people of that state declaring war. Even Jesus Christ stated when under arrest that “If I were an earthly king my people would fight for me”, effectively justifying such action.
