Star Link problems? A bit surprising but perhaps it shouldn't be after the leadership of Ukraine openly insulted Elon Musk over the Twitter poll. If I was Elon Musk I would be looking for a way to pull some resources out of the contribution in Ukraine's direction after that spat. Not saying he did, but I would. It isn't always easy to wind back technology without damaging it but Elon is extremely resourceful. Extremely. Or his loyal employees might find it more irksome to provide their normal support to making sure those satellite benefits help UkraiNiaN military. Are they all becoming a bit more pacifist?

Sounds a bit arrogant (too strong a word, sorry) to suggest complacency. The soldiers are dying and more will die if there is too much rush to shed blood. Morally that would diminish them too. "Swiftness to shed blood is something God hates." They know this. Yes, those loyal Russian voters might die from UK/US/UkraiNiaN successes if occupied towns get retaken. But war should not be rushed - and it is getting more like a war is justified.

@louisvandermerwe8080 Indeed. But Elon Musk is the most inventive man on the planet. Legalities are probably no blocker, even though he has a Christian law-abiding conscience. I have some tech government contributions too and I often feel compelled to try withdrawing them, not least because the West military uses them, and yes, legalities get in the way, but for Elon it might be less challenging given his wealth and intellect - and contacts.

@gtengineer1967 He would not have to give an order if there was something he knew was going to go wrong without his intervention and he timed the Twitter battle to just before that time, in case the battel went nasty. Or one of the engineers fixing a problem just after that battle might have delayed the fix out of deference to Elon without any order being given, but with the engineers knowing Elon enough to know he would not mind. It does not take much to imagine further scenarios.
