  25. I gave my TV away 10+ years ago, even though, I stopped watching it many years prior to that! I lived and worked in a country where I did not receive any news or other programing for one year, guess what, I was happy. I returned home for a visit, within three days I was angry, from there I relocated to another country where I received no new or other programing for eighteen months and once again, I was happy. Upon my return home, again within three days I was bitter and angry, then it dawned on me..everyone I visited had a 24/7 news channel on, which they absolutely refused to turn it off, ever, so day and night, they were being bombarded by negative gloom and doom propaganda. Just tune-out from negativity, which includes your radio and news paper, turn it all (100%) off, everything, you will be shocked what happens when the Swamps advertisement revenue dries up, and Government cannot get into your psychy. You will even lose weight, look better, be happy and be much healthier!
