  2. Actually, these measures makes me feel safer! If a thief would rather go to easier prey, then Home Depot is a safer place to shop, I do not mind waiting for a clerk to unlock an item, then pay before I leave the cage. If Government does not step in and start prosecuting these 'petty thieves' everything will go online and that will be the inconvenience, having to wait a day or two before you can finish a project.
