  3. Which one of them will they ever talk about, why none of them, of course! We have no idea the true capabilities of the SR71 because the military will not speak of it, even to this day! Would you give your enemies insights into your true abilities?! Of course not! When they retired the SR71, the SR72 was already flying, then the SR72 developed problems and the military had to bring the SR71 back on line, until, they worked the bugs out of the SR72. What they learned from creating the SR72, gave the engineers new ideas on how to build its replacement, the SR73 and so on and so on! What is flying around out there right now; your guess, will be just as wrong as mine!

  4. I built a model of the SR-71 back in 1964 or 65! It was already flying before I built the model!

Prior to the SR-71s retirement, the SR-72 had already been flying, but it had problems, so, the SR-71 was put back into service for a short period of time while the SR-72s defects were worked out. The SR-72 has been in full time service since 1994/95! Now, it is twenty seven years later, so...what have they built to replace the SR-72...I haven't a clue, but, rumor has it that there are two versions of the B2, one with a jet engine, the other is anti gravity and can fly from the ground into space, then land conventionally back on the ground.

  9. How do you know that the SR-71, shown, is the spy plane that was actually used!

  10. My only question is: once you land, how long would you have to wait for the skin of the plane to cool down enough for you to exit the craft? It will do you no good to zip across the ocean in + - 2 hours only to have to wait hours for your plane to cool down! Shh, dirty little secret; mach six (and beyond) was accomplished a long, long time ago, and have been in use, since! We wouldn't want our enemies to be on the look out for them, oops, to late; it just left their air space.

  13. As Hemlock Stones would say: "lets do a little reasonable deduction here"! Will any government retire their super fast, high flying, almost invisible, can't catch me or shoot me down, spy plane, without having a replacement for it? Methinks not! Remember, the SR-71 was retired, then a 'Rough Senator' began flying it again (huh! what? by who's authority!), then after quite a few flights, it once again was retired! The reason the SR-71 started flying after its retirement was because they were have problems with its replacement!
