  1. Would just be an inconvenience. It's not a serious threat. We would just have to depend more on home resources. This would be nothing more than an annoyance. Cutting cables is not a serious strategy. Most serious damage they could do would be to fuel pipe lines. But they come from Russia so they are not going to do that. They have some pretty hard core equipment these days an lines can be relaid very easily an quickly. The lines are privately owned.
