@Brian-om2hh any psychologist will tell you that those notes are not as compelling as you might think. You will find scribbles like that on every emo kids pencil case. It's possible a more esoteric force is at work here.

@Brian-om2hh That evidence is almost too convenient for a case which otherwise has not very much. How many other murderers are convicted by a hand written confession? Sounds like something could very easily be falsified. World wide I bet you could count them on one hand. As for lies. Its not uncommon for solicitors to illicit false responses or misleading responses to make people look bad. They are trained to do this.
