  1. They are so desperate for the words to make this all go away. It is this above all else they want. They are not looking to restore safety in the country and stop people from being killed. They just don't want people to get angry about it. They are as witchs who have had us under the spell, and as the anger rises, the spell does break. They no longer have control. They are driven to panic and chaos.
