  1. Terrific love your illustrations very much. I think we have a huge blind spot visualising that which is eternal because we are finite beings with a beginning and an end. As mortals, we have never witnessed a first cause event. We, as mortals born of women, necessitate the need for a creator or parent force. It is somehow easier to imagine one eternal creator than a complex universe, which is eternal, and we are only a temporary fixture in it. Can the universe itself not be God ? I think the bible entry 'made in the image of God' lets theologists preclude this idea. But if God is to be all things to all people, in full knowledge of everything, then that is the only conceivable way to manifest that. The idea of belief God comes from the inability to believe the universe itself could be eternal.

  2. It is true. However, the Athiest is restrained by the premise 'only seeing is beleiving' Only accepting a courtroom standard of evidence. But at the end of a courtroom trial. Ultimately, it comes down to what the jury 'Beleives' is true. Everyone is just following the evidence to what they see. And what they believe. So when they say beleif is everything. That really is true. That term used to trouble me as an Athiest. It is not even easy to step away from an Athiests outlook when you have seen miracles with your own eyes.
