@richersonkate what is courageous about it? You are failing to take action against those who have wronged you. An honest man would be angry about it. It's like you are not taking responsibility. It empowers people over you if you do not act in your own defence.

@richersonkate done this for a lifetime. In my experience, it just encourages people to lord over you and treat you as a door mat. In my experience, people who do not act in their own defence have much more to fear in life than those who do.

@richersonkate There is an involuntary aspect to anger. It is part of the human experience. It exists for a reason.

@richersonkate If your religion is forgiveness at any cost. All a devil needs to do is expose you to unforgivable things, and your faith will fall by the way side. It is almost too easy for them, I would say.
