  1. Assisted dying today. Coerced dying tomorrow. No sign of the sanctity of life anywhere. A dark phase of a Christian culture. Be mindful that psycopaths are drawn to professional jobs with high rewards and are disproportionately represented in doctors circles. To a certain degree you need an element of psycopathia to do the job. Or every patient would have a negative effect on your mental wellbeing. Rather irronically the best carers sometimes do not care very much at all.
