  3. The problem with law is that it is rightly perceived as a bastion of the rich. Until all people receive adequate representation in law then criminals can perceive themselves to be Robin hood fighting the greedy Prince John. This is as things stand, is a totally accurate summary of our legal process. Even more so since David Cameron abolished legal aid and placed ZERO provision in its place. We need an adequate provision in law so all people, rich and poor are defended to the hilt. Nobody should find themselves unable to fight a just cause because of financial provision. A mercenary approach to legal representation is not currently serving anyone. The perception of solicitation as a corrupt money grabbing enterprise is currently serving the criminals. Because in allot of cases. It is entirely accurate. We need a socialist solution to law where by your means do not dictate the outcome. There should be no price wrangling between a client and the legal professionals. So the client can be 100% sure all motivation is regarding law, truth and justice. We should accept no substitute.
