@epincion There is a huge difference between dicipline habits and spiritual or religious ritual and having good morning habits to get you to work on time. One is a life skill. The other is an esoteric practice envoking the favour of diety or higher power. Be very wary of those who would conflate the two. They are not the same thing. Using the word ritual to describe the mundane, I would guess is done to muddy the waters in the hope of making ritual invocation a 'normalised' practice. Is not really normal at all.
