  39. the problem is Ralph Klein empted the mental hospitals and so now his big idea ........in part influenced by a book he read about a New Zealand politician's idea of privatizing and copied is now in full bloom on our main streets. The other part is there is a lot of spoiled people who need attention and have no shame..... they set up micro dumps slash shelter for themselves.
