You did not answer me, but your explanation is do good. I have been told recently that I have a cavitie between my wisdom teeth and my teeth beside, grade 3-4. Dentist want to remove my wisdom teeth, but I do not want that. Can I do your advices ( I have order your xylitol with cinnamon on Amazon , and the mouthwash plys toothpaste you suggest , but it will take weeks before Inreveive them, and can I wait this time? I have an appointment at another dentist tomorrow to take new x rays, and want to hear second opinion. Should I get a filling there or wait? First dentist said should do something soon. What do you think about removing wisdoms teeth? I do not want to remove it, and I feel the cavitie is closer to the other teeth… I really appreciaye your advice here. I have not been to the dentist for 15 years, and the dentist told me I must have unique saliva / genes.., but need to solve this problem

@Supaxiro Thankyou so much for all your help. I have just find out I have a cavity between my wisdomteeth and the molar beside that, so the location is complicated. I really want to keep my wisdom teeth, but the dentist have to go in, and it will affect my molar beside more, if I want to keep my wisdom teeth. I am torn between if I should wait and just focus to get the best environment for mye mouth and teeth as possible, or if I should do something at the dentist? I have disovered Organic Himalayan Seabuckthorn Berry oil, and read that it can have very good effect on oral health. I remember you said you started to chew Neem leaf when you had problem with your gum, but it was not cavities? I have still not find my Neem oil I ordered long time ago...What about turmeric, and how to use it? I have turmeric powder. I have order natural xyitol I am waiting for. I do not know what is best to do here. I was at the dentist yesterday. She is very good, and say it is all up to me. She can remove the wisdom teeth and/or try to put a filling there between, but if I choose to keep my wisdom teeth, she/it will affect my molar beside more.
The cavity is not very far from the nerve, grade 3-4, but I have heard Dr Ellie say that teeth also can heal quick in the right environment, and if you first start to get fillings etc, it can evolve into more problems over time, so I really wish and hope that I can get these cavaites to go away naturally. Or is that a risk, to wait? What do you think? I wanted to ask you, because I remember you wote here about your own healing journey, and that your gums/teeth was in really bad condition, dentist said you need surgery etc, but you healed yourself naturally with Neem leafs? That is a proof that our body can heal natually. How long time did you use before you noticed that it changed for the better? Can Neem leaf kill bad bacteria that causes cavity, and where do I get neam leafs? And do you think turmeric can help, and Seabuckthorn berry oil? What would you do in my situation? I really appreciate if you can answer me.

@Supaxiro Hi my dear friend, and thankyou so much for your answer! I am happy to hear from you :) Yes, I have also experienced that my comments/answers has disappeard...I do not know why...as we all try to help eachother here, give eachother advices. I will check out the video you reccommend. Do you think you would have tried to trust a natural healing process with natural ingredients, like Neem etc, or do you think you would have done a procedyre at a dentist in my situation? The problem is the location of the cavity, as it is between a molar and my wisdom teeth. I have also removed a wisdom teeth a long time ago ( I never got to know any reason...), but really want to try to keep this one, as I have never had any problems with it, and the dentist said she might also want to remove the wisdom teeth on the other side too ( if she remove the first one ), because of balance. But if I decide to keep the wisdom teeth, she has to remove a bit more fresh tooth substance from my molar beside, because of the location of the cavity... I really wih I can heal this naturally...Do you think it is possible to remove cavity with for example regular use of Neem? Like take Neem orally and/or brush teeth with Neem oil? I do believe the body can heal itself with the right enviroment, I just do not want to make it a risk if I wait either...I gues faith is also important here...I will checkout out the video you suggested, and what do you think you would do in my situation? I guess you also took a risk regarding your process with just decidig to heal naturally..You choosed to not let any dentist make a surgery on you, and the reward was that you actually healed. But I also understand that each situation is different.

@Supaxiro Thankyou, I understand. The cavity does no cause any pain, but it is quite deep, grade 3-4 if you know grades in cavity, but still space before the root. Yes, I will see that video, saw some of it now, very interesting. I do not think he has mentioned Neem...And yes, I will definitely start ( and have started ) to get the best mouth/oral health possible. I have bought fermented milk, which I have read is very good for teeth ( as the probiotics helps saliva production etc ), much protein, low carbs, I make salad with some fat( avocado, nuts etc ) almost everyday. Do you use fluoride? I have stopped many years ago, but wonder if I should use fluoride toothpaste sometime, as my dentist recommened it. I also believe dr Ellie here recommend it, as it works well with Xylitol. I have ordererd her Xylitol, but not received them yet. Do you use Xylitol? Are your teeth ok now? I have read that tumeric powder is really good for teeth ( and I have it ), but do not know how to use it, as many say it stains a lot...

@ro I will try to reply to you again.I believe my last message /answer to you, was deleted. I started to see the video you recommend, and I will finish it. Yes, I will do my best to keep my mouth/oral health as good as possible. My cavity is not giving me any pain, but it is quite deep, grade 3-4, so still some space to the root, but I want to stop this process so it will not go any further. I really hope it is possible to reverse this, so I do not need to get any filling between there, I pray that it will reverse itself with my best mouth health. I have read that turmeric is very good for teeth, but I do not know how to use it, as it also seem to stain a lot? I have turmeric powder. I have also bought fermented milk, as I have read that it is prebiotic, and that helps the saliva production. Do you use fluoride? I have not used it since many years, but my dentist recommend it so maybe I should use some toothpaste with fluoride.

@Supaxiro Thankyou so much for your help again! The youtube video you suggested, is sooo good... I remembr I have read about Dr Western Price long time ago, regarding nutrition ad teeth etc, and this is one of the reasons I have npt been to the dentist for many years...My last dentist told me I must have unique saliva, as I only have 1-2 cavities all this time, not going to the dentist...Regarding fluoride, what did you discover in your research? I have not used it since years, but the dentist told me it is important, but I guess they are "programmed" to say so..? I have considered to buy some Sensodyne toothpaste with fluoride, but you think fluoride in toothpaste is bad? Regarding Turmeric, can I brush my teeth with it, or just make a mix of turmeric and for example coconut oil, or turmeric and water? I think I have some of the essential oils he mentioned in the video, and I have stated doing oilpulling with coconut oil as he suggested, daily :) I am sooo happy you recommened this video. I feel there is a sign and hope, though he also said that some cavity can be difficylt to reverse, but do you think I have the time to try lets say one month and see? It is imoirtant that the cavity does not go any deeper, closer to my nerve. I will try to get some vitamine D too, but the guy in the videos supplements with D, is sold out, and I could not find the vitamine D he suggested. Do you take extra vitamine D? I guess you get more sun, if you now live in Africa, but I believe we might need supplement of vitamine D too, to get enough, if we want to fight cavity... I am in northern Europe. I have also read that green tea has natural fluoride, and I drink a lot of green tea, so maybe that is enough, and that I do not need it in toothpaste?

You say that you are at the boarder of diabetes. How is your diet? Do you eat many carbs? Try to eat as clean as possible, with many proteins, salads, enough fat. You can also check the internet, as many now say you can reverse diabetes naturally with diet and exercise. Also consider your psycic health as it is connected, and always believe, have hope. Your body follow what you believe, this is why the placebo effect works. Believe in yourself, never give up :) Do not let any doctor or dentist take your own power away.Do the best for yourself, and vizualise it happen, many videos about it here at youtube :)

Thankyou so much for your answer and all that you do <3 I discovered you today, and have watched several of your videos, and the strange thing is that I have known some of the things you say, deep inside, like I have choosed to not visit the dentist since many years, as I have felt «they do too much»… When they clean, they also take away the good bacteria we need. The society has been so much into removing, either it is in Health care with our bodies or with our teeth, that also are so connected to our body, our organs… I have always questioned : why do dentist suggest to remove our wisdoms teeth? Only because of business? You are very inspiring! Regarding xylitol : can I use Extra chewing gum that contain xylitol, or does it have other bad ingrediens? I know we should not chew too long either. I might get your xylitol and your book. Can taking xylitol every day after a meal and/or drink, heal plaque or tartar? I have learned so much from some of your videos today, like the biofilm etc. I have always felt it is wrong to have so many cleanings at dentist that some do and are recommended to do. I feel I want to learn so much more when I listen to you. You have so much knowledge and wisdom <3
