  1. Having "shady" people on is not the problem. Not challenging them and normalizing them is. If Rubin wants to know the difference, try see how Joe Rogan challenge people who say stupid shit. And btw... his BS about acknowledging legit criticism ... I, and a lot of other people have pointed out the problems with his style basically since he had Alex Epstein on and he has NEVER acknowledged or even addresses anything of that. The only thing he addresses is left-wing "woke" criticism and complaints about him not having leftists on. He has never addresses criticism from those who actually subscribed to his original stated intentions (which he has abandoned) of "applying reason to the big questions". Instead he pretends that all his criticism is just from left wing whiners
