  1. So ... in Denmark we get a lot of "cider" from Sweden (mostly due to the brand, I guess). But that kind of cider is just a very sweet, low fizz apple juice. - another way to give kids too much sugar. It's nothing like the cider of the British isles. - which I much prefer.

  2. I've tasted Bison (American. Not sure you're allowed to farm the European one for meat here in Denmark). I have to admit... I prefer beef. This just game the burger the wrong taste.

  3. Yep... Just had a chili like that tonight. The kids loved it, and it goes well with a Shiraz. I do recommend Rosemary and a bit of brown sugar though...

  4. I mostly use olive oil ... unless I don't want it to taste of olive oil, or actively want it to taste of something else. So ... the choices are usually: Butter, olive oil, peanut oil.
