  5.  @thecomment9489  Sounds like a non-sequitur to me. I'm not saying that the Americans haven't behaved as bullies at times. CIA does not exactly have a stellar history for keeping out of other countries. But I'm not complaining about the Russian military budget and USA is AFAIK currently not occupying anything anywhere to facilitate their military presence. Also ... the US is not an autocracy.
