  1. What Strzok did was stupid, but somehow even Dershowitz fails to see the difference between personal political opinions and actual bias in his work. Sure, he should be removed - as Mueller did - for the appearance of bias alone. But saying that you automatically have bias in your work if you have a political opinion is just stupid.
