The result of that is that now everybody will want to get nukes to not be bullied and suddenly we'll no longer have only 7 countries with the finger on the red button, but everyone being able to trigger the end of the world on a bad day. Russia must realize that their demands to be allowed to be the school yard bully who always gets his way because of nukes is simply a non-starter.
