  1. What would Putins endgame be by using a tactical nuclear weapon? ... How would anyone, anywhere, especially the Ukranians ever forgive him? Does he want to be seen as a liberator or as an genocidal lunatic?

  2.  @Rombizio  Exactly ... that's my point. I'm afraid he has no endgame - and he's no longer the cunning strategist people have been assuming he was - but a paranoid lunatic. If that's the case, the only way out if if change comes from within in Russia.
