  7. It's too late for that. That kind of system would never be implemented in this day and age. It's a good idead but the only time it would have ever passed is at least a century ago. Sadly America has just never had foresight or will to pass such policies. English should have the official language of the republic since its inception. That's not what happened though, it should have, but it didn't.
