  3. Because Strange wasn't trying to injure or entrap Spiderman. He just wanted the box back. Spiderman isn't the Scarlet Witch, Dormanmu, Kaecilius, or Memphisto. He just a kid, with unusual but very much natural abilities, just trying to help people. Strange wanted to reason with him, because he can see how smart he is, so he tried to appeal to that.

  4.  @shadysorkin9214  I think less about that and more about that people (especially nowadays) tend to grossly take advantage of whatever privilege they naturally have without any regard to how it might effect other people around them. There is no sense of propriety anymore or moderation.
