If you were actually a decendant of one of those said nations you would realize why either scenario either in Ireland or Zimbabwe or anywhere else is not a great thing. If it's not ethnicity, it's race, if it's not race, it's culture, if it's not culture, it's caste, if it's not caste it's religion. By that time people are so mad and angry they forgot what disagreed with in the first place. The core of the original point being that nobody know feels safe, understood, accepted or worse invisible. So they act irrationaly out of fear because that's the only thing people seem to understand or respond too at that point.
