  3. Who made those calls your city council? It's been happening all over the country, they pulled a playground out of one place I lived because it became liability. The homeless made a giant camp out of it. Kid couldn't play because of needles, and when the police came to push everyone out, there were protests that they were insensitive to homeless. It's no win situation.
