  1. I live in Mohave desert. Deaths happen here all the time from people unprepared for nature. You would be amazed at how many people hike off into the desert without proper water. And its hot in day and can be freezing at night.

  2. So I allways wondered about these fires until I watched a documentary about how chimneys were developed. Turns out humans did not have a handle on building safe chimneys until the last two hundred years. People would build their own chimneys not accounting for the air intake ect. it makes them blow up hot rock and fire all over the roofs. Or make them out of wood...not kidding. Who knew chimneys would be so interesting, anyways they were responsible for a lot of fires.
