@DontBeAWollyy "They can’t break russias defences" - Only because they're not in charge of Russia's defences. If they were, they'd be broken.

@riquelmeone "so tell me, how did the government break this one?" - I don't know. But hopefully some investigative journalists are looking into who got the contract to change the technical systems that caused the failure. This government have a habbit of making sure their friends and donors get work that they are not necessarily qualified to do.
