It astonishes me that this government seems to completely fail to see the problem this is about to cause. I mean, obviously, THEY can afford the coming crisis. But you would think they could LOGICALLY deduce that millions of people are going to be made desperate. They have proposed NOTHING to fix this, just extremely inadequate band-ads.

RENATIONALIZE the power companies. NOW. It is disgusting that private companies can sell BRITISH gas back to the British people at CRIMINAL prices and put the profits from selling OUR gas back to us, into their private bank accounts, forcing us into extreme hardship. IT IS OUR GAS.

@Kfader1210 Their geographic locality makes them monopolizable and therefore those that have oil can hold the rest of the world to ransom. They poison the planet-destroying wildlife. They create global warming. There is literally NOTHING good about fossil fuels.
