  2. Kissing someone on the lips without permission has never been acceptable in any social situation. Nothing is being eroded here. Shaking hands is just fine. Air-kissing by the cheeks is perfectly acceptable. Touching a woman's lips with your lips without permission is sexual assault.

  5.  @jzilla1234  It doesn't have to be a gay male boss. If there is nothing sexual in kissing someone on the lips, then I see no reason why every male boss wouldn't want to kiss their male employees on the lips every time they do great work.
