@snowyowel7961 Paying the EU 13 billion was cheap given that all our business had zero tarrif trading within the common market. Adding tarrifs will more than wipe out any savings we make on the 13 billion. The question is how many billions worse off are we going to be outside the EU. Even in the best case scenario the government predicts we will be 10% worse off in 10 years. So that 13 billion was just a trick to con people.

@Jack-fs2im Cheap labor? If you stopped immigration (which won't happen with or without Brexit) but if you stopped immigration then the lack of low level workers will put businesses into crisis so they will have to make redundencies. Those people made redundent will end up working those low paying jobs that only immigrants do at the moment. By getting rid of immigration (which won't happen with or without Brexit) you are actually forcing British people out of good paying jobs and into poor paying jobs. For that reason no government will stop imigration regardless of what they told you during the "leave" campaign. After Brexit we will simply get more immigrants from places like India and Pakistan rather than Europe. The REAL reason for Brexit is so that toffs who make too much money from working people can make even more money out of us by getting rid of the social charter from the EU. They want to send us back to the days when they could pay us as little as they can get away with. They want to stop having to pay us so much sick leave. The want to get rid of all those "rules" that force rich business owners to look after their work force. That is who the ERG really represent.

@Jack-fs2im None of that is because of the EU. All of that is because rich people are greedy. We are not poor because of the EU. We are poor because the rich will ALWAYS take as much money out of our pockets that the law will allow. EU or no EU. As it happens the EU have much better laws to protect low income people than Britain ever did without it. Brexit is good for rich toffs and a terrible idea for poor workers.

Brexit doesn't really exist. It can't actually be implemented because of our prior commitments in Ireland. Our options are stay in the EU fully and have a BIG say in how the EU develops or stay in the EU a little bit and have NO say in what they do. Either way we will be beholden to the EU. Now we will have the worst of remain and the worst of leave and NONE of the benefits of either. Better for Britain if Brexit never happened.
