You could renamw this to "The Brutal Reality of Just Being". 47 years old and i still have these thoughts. I make an ok wage, I own my own house, I work out but..... I have no immediate family, my friends list is 0, I only leave my house to go to work (my gym is in my garage). I've let these thoughts and worries consume me for so long that they have became my reality. Now it is to the point that even the thought of interacting with others on a personal level can bring me to my knees in a panic attack. People should live in the now. Your past is to learn from. Your future is to prepare for. Do not worry about what you can't control or else your worries will end up controlling you like that have done with me.

I think i am going to try to interact with as many uploads as i can for the algorithm. I don't see any bullshit in your videos and want to see you grow.

If you arent enjoying what you are doing, it is hard to be consistant. And remember, 1 day a week is 100% better than 0 days.

I found you through a comment in another creator's video. Just want to say.... i subscribed and good luck with your fitness goals, YouTube goals, and your health. You are very articulate in what you say and i think i might enjoy watching/listening to what you have to say.

Drinking and smoking are my vices.

I dont watch or read the news. We don't need to know every bad thing that is going on everywhere. I try to limit myself to local issues at most because they affect me more and immediately.

Questioning my life decisions is usually when the alarm goes off at 3 am.

I only check my YouTube to see if there is anything to watch. I ignore everything else. This is the perk of not having a "social media" life... but i also dont have a life. I guess the best thing to do is to only have notifications for the necessary ones (work) or "real life" (if you have real life friends). Also, set up working hours and social hours where you only have certain notifications during those hours. It might take time to change your settings, but you can use that time to cbeck what you missed. Social media jobs has ruined our ability to separate our lives from our jobs.

I tried therapy, but i am just not an open person. When asked, i know what to say to make others think everything is just fine with me.

Health and lifestyle videos seem to be a hard sell on youtube for some. Some Ifluencers with millions of followers on insta or TikTok have horrible views on YouTube for some reason.

If you are making videos for yourself, dont look at the analytics. If you plan on it becoming a job, you have to. From what i have heard from other creators, its not always enjoyable and you end up scrapping ideas that you want to do just to make videos people want to watch.

And your communication skills are amazing. Your specific content isn't something i normally watch but I subbed because you remind me of a professor that I had. I took multiple courses from him because I enjoyed his presentations (I didn't need them for major at all). If you enjoy what you are doing and are patient, just keep doing what you are doing and let the growth happen naturally. It will be slower than some.

I dont even use them to make me feel comfortable in social situations. They calm my anxiety when I am sitting alone in my house with my dogs.

I like the benefits lifting weights has on my mind.

I forget who said it.... " If you dont read the news, you are uninformed. If you do read the news, you are misinformed."
