I would suggest finding a pair of models--male and female--and creating new ideal test images with all the desired technical characteristics that are similarly attractive but not sexual per se (i.e. both subjects are clothed). In particular, make the lady's image as similar to Lenna's pose, composition, et cetera as the technical requirements permit. This would allow the continuation of the tradition without sacrificing the efficacy of the images.
