Joseph Mengele was a known doctor engaged in a legal medical practice. Peterson spoke out against unethical evil that happens to be lucrative for the professional institutions. Yes, he could have avoided it the trouble by lying and going along to get along. BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WRONG. He blames evil on the perpetrators of evil.

"reasonable grounds"? The bill defines the hate speech as refusal to conform to the required speech pattern. There would be no point in the bill otherwise, inciting violence was already illegal.
