  1. 1. "The left came up with the term political correctness." And they used it with no sense of irony whatsoever. They meant "attitudes that we must punish" in all sobriety. The current ironic sense of the term in quotes is a result of the mainstream response to the tyranny. 2. Of the radical left "They don't exist, their numbers are too small." Their intentions are made clear by their policies in the small but influential fields they dominate, the most prestigious universities and the media. 3. "White folks invented race." Oppressive white folks invented race. Other white folk slapped them down. Race (and other identity politics groups) being the characteristic tool of oppressors, not of whites. MLKs approach was to reject the imposed identity ("not by the color of their skin, but by the content of his character"). Yours is to embrace the imposed identity. You say you can't reject the category. If MLK could in the heat of the day, you can in the cool of the evening.

  2. Yes 6% of the total, but that had to come from the 36% initial pro, that's a sixth of the 36%. When you consider that 12% of the polled think Elvis is still alive, that's about as good as one can expect.
